Adults only! 26ft Four Winds RV with heat, air and full amenities "except laundry". Sleeps 4 with a pull out sofa bed. The RV is cleaned and prepared after each guest with clean towels and bed linen. Has a TV in the living room with up to 19 channels of local broadcast HD TV. Has excellent WIFI through fiber optics. Has kitchenware, pots and pans and everything needed for cooking and dining, gas cook stove and oven, microwave, drip coffee maker and toaster. The water is from a spring and is very good drinking water. Charcoal grill and portable fire pit. Firewood $10 a bundle, Mystical fire $2 a pack or 3 for $5, purchase on site. Extra guest fee $10 ea per night. Set up on part of a 20 acre parcel along with three RV full hook up sites, the tent sites are on a separate section of the property. It is in the Blue Ridge Mountain's 1 mile from the TN state line just 7.5 miles from the top of Beech Mt Ski Resort, 9 miles from Banner Elk, 8.5 miles from Elk Park and 21 miles from Boone. Bob's Island country store with a grill is just 3.7 miles in Butler TN. In a secluded quiet and safe community away from light and sound pollution where except for an occasional passing vehicle all you will hear is the sound of the creek, cricket's and frogs at the nearby fish pond and only the light from the moon and star's in the clear mountain sky and fire flies. Mobil phone service is fair for Verizon, Carolina West, Sprint, AT&T & maybe some others. There is two pond's full of Trout, Blue Gill, catfish, an orange koi, and grass carp You can feed the fish but no fishing. This is the mountains with crooked roads and a change of elevation from 4,000ft to 3,000ft of the last 1.5 miles to the RV, but it is a paved two lane road. If you hate crooked mountain roads and are expecting the Hilton in perfect condition with convenient stores, restaurants & a Walmart just around the corner on straight and level FL type roads and perfect cell signal by all carriers, and if you are subject to altitude sickness; "This isn't the place for you".
