Escaper:
1994 37ft Eacaper fifth wheel RV with heat, air and full amenities “except laundry”. Sleeps 4 with a pull out sofa mattress bed. Has a TV in the living room with subscription TV and one in the bedroom with up to 19 channels of local broadcast TV.Has excellent high speed WIFI through fiber optics. Has kitchenware and everything needed for cooking and dining, gas cook stove and oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster. Soap, shampoo, towels and linen provided.
The RV is thoroughly cleaned and prepared after each guest with clean towels and bed linen. The RV is plumbed into a septic system and has a standard flush toilet. The water is from a spring that has supplied my home for over 90 years and is very good drinking water.Two night minimum stay. Rates may vary depending on season and demand. Extra guest fees apply for over two adults. Sofa bed is a king size mattress, suitable for two guests.
There is a charcoal grill and portable fire pit. Firewood and the Mystical Fire packs are available, Firewood; $8 per bundle. Mystical fire packs, $2 per pack or 3 for $5.
